How do I get there?

There are 2 ways to show up on page one of Google and you should do both. 1. Optimize your website's SEO (search engine optimization) and this will get you there organically (for free). 2. Pay for Google Adwords.

Once you get this in place you will have a new constant source of leads for your business. This has worked for me and it can work for you too. If you do what I have suggested above, you will be put in front of motivated buyers at the exact time they are looking for - what you provide. Nothing is more valuable than that.
